How it works
From dung to a lit stove
25–50 kg of dung a day, mixed one-to-one with water, goes into the inlet. That is the dung of three to six animals.
- 01
Feed it
25–50 kg of dung a day, mixed one-to-one with water, goes into the inlet. That is the dung of three to six animals.
- 02
It digests
Bacteria break the slurry down without oxygen over 30–40 days, at 15–30 °C. No electricity, no moving parts.
- 03
Gas rises
Methane collects in the floating dome and feeds your stove through a one-inch line at 0–5 psi.
- 04
Fertiliser comes out
50–80 litres of nutrient-rich slurry leaves the outlet every day — worth Rs 25,000–45,000 a year on its own.
How we deliver
- 01
Survey & assessment
We assess energy need, livestock numbers and the biogas a site can realistically produce.
- 02
Community engagement
We brief village councils and households on how the technology works and what it asks of them daily.
- 03
Installation & training
Site preparation, installation, and training the household on daily feeding and safe operation.
- 04
Monitoring
Follow-up visits, performance checks and support after handover.
